COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY 

• Date:  Friday, June 12, 2026
• Time:  6 pm  (Grads need to arrive a 5 pm)

This is a formal ceremony sponsored by the staff and administration of Sardis Secondary School for parents and the community.

The Graduation Fee of $100.00 covers the cost of grad gown, cap, tassel, stole, memento, one 5x7 grad photo and diploma, facility rental, and decorations. Things to know about Commencement:

• This is a formal ceremony so grads are asked to dress accordingly. 
• Please come to the ceremony already dressed in your gown with appropriate formal dress underneath.  Gowns must be worn throughout the ceremony.

Graduates: Will receive FOUR free tickets for commencement and will be added automatically to student accounts at no charge.

Tickets are now available for pick up at the SSS Office!

If you do not need extra tickets, return them to the office. Anyone without a ticket will not be admitted to the Coliseum.

There are signed wheelchair parking spots near that entrance (first come, first serve).

The Accessibility Entrance is on the North-East corner of the Coliseum with a sign there indicating the elevator access. This will open approximately 5 pm.

Accessible seating is available on the concourse level, which is where the elevator will let them out. (The seats in the bowl are not accessible and we do not have seating in the area of the coliseum where accessible seats are at ice level as that is behind the stage.)
