BANQUET AND DANCE

As the Banquet and Dance is the culminating social event of the grade 12 year, school administration has a responsibility to ensure that all guests in attendance will conduct themselves appropriately, be respectful to all other graduates and guests, and comply with requests/follow direction from school staff. 

Please note:

  • All guests must be a secondary student (grades 10-12) from the Chilliwack School District. 
  • All guests will be required to have a character reference from an SD#33 school principal or vice-principal. 
  • For all grad functions outside of the City of Chilliwack, transportation will be provided by the School District, and it is expected that the guest will use the provided transportation.

The Banquet and Dance is a formal event where students get to dress up and spend a very memorable evening together. Grads will share in a gourmet buffet dinner. There will be speeches (short ones), and then Grads dance the night away.

 

 

DRY GRAD

Once the Banquet and Dance is over the night is just beginning!  There are plenty of fun things to do including casino games, character artists, games, bands, food and drinks.  Grads should wear comfortable clothing and shoes as this is an activity-packed event.  For more information click here.  Tickets available only on Student Quickpay. 

It is that time again!  Meetings will be held at 7:00pm in the Clover Room at the Landing Sports Centre at 45530 Spadina Avenue.  Everyone welcome!

GRAD AUCTION

Grade 12 students are asked to bring in business and community donations in the form of product or gift certificates prior to the event.  50% of the value of the auctioned donaton will go directly into the student's grad account to go towards reducing graduation tickets (prom, dry grad and grad cruise).  The remainder of the funds raised go toward reducing graduation event costs and supporting student scholarships for our Grad Legacy Fund.
