Sardis Secondary School is a welcoming learning community where students are encouraged to achieve their personal best in academics, athletics, fine arts, leadership, and service. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect, responsibility, and inclusion where all students feel supported and valued.
Founded in 1956 as Sardis Junior High School, our school has grown and changed alongside the community for nearly 70 years. What began as a Grades 7 - 9 school expanded to include Grades 10 - 12, with the first graduating class in 1967. As enrollment increased, new facilities were added, including the current school building that opened in 1995 which served students in grades 10 - 12. Grade 9 students returned to Sardis Secondary in 2018, creating the Grades 9 - 12 school community we enjoy today.
