There is a maximum of 10 people per table (no exceptions).  You will need to submit all people on one form and the first name on the list will be the contact person.  You need to submit full names only and for anyone at the table who is a guest please type GUEST after their name.  If you have any corrections after you submit you must do these at the fees window.  DO NOT RESUBMIT your table.  DO NOT ADD PEOPLE TO YOUR TABLE WITHOUT ASKING THEM FIRST.  In order to be assigned a table, you must have purchased a ticket.
